Worrying will never change the outcome..


People can spend a lot of time worrying, but it won't do much help. Yes, it shows you care, but more time could be spent trying to solve a situation rather than worrying. On the other hand, if nothing can be done, it's best not to worry at all because it just causes unnecessary stress. Do something healthy to calm you down: talk it out, write it down, go for a walk, read a book, listen to music, have a cup of tea or treat yourself to something nice. And, when you're ready, try and tackle what's worrying you head on. Some worries can't be stopped overnight, but baby steps are so important. In fact, if you're already trying, the first step is complete.

Whatever's meant to happen will happen, Worrying will never change the outcome, but doing something about it or letting it go can help a lot.
